Fed: Abbott approach lacks heart towards jobless Stott Despoja
The Australian Democrats have condemned incoming Employment Minister TONY ABBOTT'S
approach to the unemployed as lacking heart.
Mr ABBOTT is warning unemployed people they must do more in exchange for welfare payments.
He wants people on the dole for six months or more to take up an approved activity
for two days a week as part of the mutual obligation welfare policy.
